Every NeuroQuiet package is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee offered by the manufacturer and handled by the retailer, BuyGoods.

If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. A return authorization must be requested and approved within that window through the retailer's order lookup page.

Opened and empty bottles are accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the purchase price of the product; shipping and handling fees, where charged, are not refunded.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days after the return is approved for the refund to appear on your statement.
